Each show has it's own page on the site, where you will find information on the show a seating plan of the theatre, performance times and prices of tickets. There you can make a secure online booking request, which can be completed and sent to us. We will reply to your request within 24hrs (excluding weekends) and reserve seats meeting your requirements.

We post the tickets to you by recorded delivery, deliver them to your Home, Office and Hotel in Central London, you can pick the tickets up half an hour before curtain at the theatre.

Key 2 London is a ticket agency. We work alongside the theatres to sell theatre tickets. We do not produce shows. As a ticket agent we charge a booking fee, a breakdown of which can be provided on request.

There is no strict dress code for any of the theatres in London. Smart/casual is fine, unless otherwise advised.

London theatres name their seating areas differently to theatres in other countries. The Stalls are the same as the Orchestra Stalls and are the lowest level. The Dress/Royal Circle is the first Balcony/Mezzanine and the Upper Circle is the second Balcony. This still varies in some theatres, so if in doubt, please ask.

It is a good idea to arrive at the theatre at least half an hour before curtain. There is a bar in most theatres, so you can wait in comfort. Performance times are not given on the tickets we issue, so please check on the day. We have the address of most theatres on the tickets, which you can locate from the location map on the site.
