Orders from within the United Kingdom:
If you choose to have tickets posted they will normally be delivered at least seven days before the event to the address supplied. Anything booked within 7 days of the performance will be available for collection at the theatre box office from an hour before the performance start time.
If you have not received your tickets within seven days of your event date please contact our Customer Support Department and we will arrange box office collection for your theatre tickets.
Orders from outside the United Kingdom:
Most of our tickets can be posted to addresses overseas. If you wish to have tickets posted to an address outside of the United Kingdom please allow at least 14 working days for delivery. For tickets we are unable to post overseas, such as those which must be sent by recorded delivery, you may still be available to collect from the event theatre on the performance date.
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation of your booking via email.
Collection from Theatre Box Office:
If you are ordering tickets from outside of the UK or if you have chosen to collect your tickets from the theatre box office, these tickets will be available on the day of the performance / event thirty to sixty minutes before the performance is due to start.
You will need to bring the order confirmation email and preferably the credit card that you ordered the tickets with as these act as proofs of purchase.
