Stealing Banksy?

STEALING BANKSY? is the 2014 project exploring the social, legal and moral issues surrounding the sale of street art. Taking place  in the heart of London, the exhibition showcases the most expensive collection of Banksy artworks ever assembled under one roof and is the culmination of a 12 month project to uncover, salvage and lovingly restore these pieces that have shaped the capital we live in.

Tickets are for a 1 hour time slot and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please arrive at your allotted time with your ticket printout and photographic ID on the day of the show, failure to do so may result in refused entry.

All coats and bags will be required to be left in the cloakroom and a thorough security check will be undertaken for all guests in attendance. The show will be heavily policed and any vandalism will result in criminal charges. Professional photographic equipment or video recorders are not permitted within the show and will be removed.

The show has the right to refuse entry to any guest on the door who they believe pose a threat to the venue, other guests, or the artwork on display.

The exhibition is the headline of the annual events calendar of the award winning concierge company The Sincura Group (Concierge Company of the year 2013). With last years’ event in the heart of Covent Garden seeing the official unveiling of ‘Slave Labour’ having been recovered from the States, this years’ show will see over 20 unique pieces include 7 headline Banksy walls. None of these pieces have ever been displayed in public before.

Having been carefully sourced from around the world, over £5 million of the most controversial Banksy artwork will be on display to be auctioned on the 27th April in support of local charities. This will be the first and only time these pieces will ever be seen.

The show will take place at the ME London Hotel on The Strand. Designed by the world famous architects Foster + Partners and located in the artistic and cultural heart of London, this stunning hotel is contemporary and cutting edge in style and has a strong affiliation with the art world.
