Exchange Policy Due To Inclement Weather (as of 2nd Dec 2010)

NewsAs a general rule, tickets cannot be cancelled/refunded unless a show is cancelled.  However, should you be unable to attend due to the snow, some theatres may allow exchanges for an alternate date pending availability.  It is not guaranteed and theatres will make decisions day by day, case by case.  Any exchanges will solely be at the discretion of the theatres.
 
***IMPORTANT: Exchanges cannot be facilitated for performances which have already passed.***
 
You must contact us via email at [email protected] with the details of your booking and a few alternate dates you would be available.  Exchanges depend on availability on the alternate date(s) as they must be for seats of the same value.  Exchanges must be completed prior to the date/time of the original performance.
