Wheelchair Access: Please ask a member of staff in the Foyer to open the second side EXIT door on Charles II Street. There is a slight slope to the rear right Stalls. 4 spaces for wheelchair users in row S next to S12. Transfer seating available to any aisle seat in the Stalls. An usher will be assigned to disabled theatregoers, but each wheelchair user must bring a non-disabled companion.
Toilet: Adapted toilet on the left inside the entrance on Charles II street.
Steps: Level access into the foyer through the centre doors and through 2 sets of swing doors. Box Office counter on the right-hand side. Staircases have handrails on both sides and some steps are highlighted. Stalls are 18 steps down from the foyer, Royal Circle up 32, Grand Circle up 62 and Balcony up 89. 2 steep steps between rows in the Circles. Customers with mobility problems are advised to book stalls seats.

Her Majestys Theatre is actually the fourth theatre to occupy this site, with the first theatre opening in 1705. The current theatre was designed by C J Phipps and opened on 28 April 1897. Renovation of the dome and the building's exterior took place in 1992 and in 1994 the interior was renovated. The theatre is currently owned by Really Useful Theatres. The theatre changes it's name to either Her Majesty's Theatre or His Majesty's Theatre according to the monarch on the British throne.
