This Chekhov play has been re-mastered by Tom Stoppard and will star Kenneth
Branagh.
Michael Grandage directs this story of a man plagued with
self-doubt and despair, vividly capturing the electrifying atmosphere of Russia
on the brink of change.
Branagh will play the title role of Ivanov - a
man plunged into debt with a marriage in crisis, fighting to resist the small
town jealousies and intrigues which threaten to engulf his life.
